2004-10-04 [Bliz]: i think you can put your own contest up on the art contests page. the rule about not entering your own contest, is i believe, ment to mean that you can't put your own drawing as an entry in this contest to avoid biased judging

X.X;;; There are trials online though (they don't let you save, but if you take screen prints of your finished work, you can make do without it. :)) Paintshop Pro is by Jasc. Both of these can be found either at adobe.com or jasc.com :)
